By accessing and purchasing from Custom Light Box Manufacturing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including designs, logos, and product images, are the property of Custom Light Box Manufacturing LLC and are protected by copyright laws.
3. PRODUCT ORDERS
A. Custom Products:
- All custom, made-to-order products are FINAL SALE
- No returns or refunds for customized items
- Customer is responsible for providing accurate specifications
B. Standard Products:
- Subject to our Return Policy
- Must be returned within 7 business days
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
- All prices in USD
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
- Payment must be completed before order processing
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Customer is responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery
- Note any damage on Bill of Lading before signing
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Custom Light Box Manufacturing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, USA.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION / VENUE SELECTION
Any disputes arising out of or related to purchases, services, or products from Custom Light Box Manufacturing LLC shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in South Bend, Indiana, USA. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
