1. 🔄 GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the following terms. Returns must be initiated within 7 business days of receipt and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team.

2. ⚠️ CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS

A. Non-Customized/Standard Items:

  • Products must be returned in their original, unused, and resellable condition

  • Must include all original packaging and materials

B. Customized & Made-to-Order Products (FINAL SALE):

  • ALL customized products are FINAL SALE

  • This includes items with specific sizes, colors, logos, prints, or personalized elements

  • No returns or refunds for custom products due to their personalized nature

C. Damaged Custom Products:

  • If a customized product arrives damaged, follow our inspection protocol

  • Claims may result in repair, replacement, or store credit (at our discretion)

  • No cash refunds for custom products

3. đź’° REFUND PROCESSING

For eligible non-custom returns:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility

  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days

  • Design, printing, and material costs deducted from any refunds

4. đźšš SHIPPING DAMAGE PROTOCOL

INSPECT BEFORE SIGNING:

  • Check for visible damage while shipment is on the truck

  • Verify piece count before unloading

  • Note any damage on Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing

  • Take photos/videos as evidence

  • Your signature confirms receipt in good condition

5. 🛡️ CHARGEBACK POLICY

Filing chargebacks for received goods, especially custom “Final Sale” products, is fraudulent. We reserve the right to:

  • Pursue legal action to recover costs + fees

  • Provide transaction evidence to financial institutions

  • Refuse future business
